je pense donc je suis

a tall personality Wow I haven't spoken French for longtemps (that's a long time). This last weekend was wild! The weekend officially started on Thursday. That was the day all homework ceased, and staying up late began! It was the first day of the BYU national dancesport competition! The real thing! Everyone from the country's most elite 4 year old ballroom dancers to full blown professionals gathered at the Marriot Center for a big ol' party. We got to be there for all three days of it! I estimate 21 hours spent watching dancing this weekend. Marriot Center bleachers get a little old after a while, now every time I sit down I remember what was doing this weekend...it's kind of painful, but oh was it ever worth it. But that wasn't even the best part of the weekend. We have been planning to have Jonathan's best friend from California come and surprise Jonathan and dancesport weekend just happened to be the weekend. So while Jonathan was out

Meet Derrick. This is Derrick in his soon to be new home with his best friend Jonathan. The real Jonathan was busy eating a sandwich so we had to make do. This is actually the Jonathan from behind which Derrick lept to surprise the real Jonathan. Jonathan, don't tell the fake Jonathan I said he wasn't real.

"My soul dwells in a garbage recepticle"

a tall personality The title is a small example of Deanna's most wonderful German interpretations! We have been graced with her company in our room tonight! Check out derrific.blogspot.org and this kid's artistic genius. He's my new favorite singer! I had his work stuck in my head while I was running today, and while I could watch that video over and over, it wasn't so great for running to so I decided to make up my own song about having to wake my roomate up in the mornings. I told her I'd write it down, I guess this as good of a place as any! L is for the way I have to look at you O 'cause you're the only one I'd do this to V for very late, 'cause that'd what you'd be if I weren't your roommate E for every day, you'd better be glad I plan to stay and Love is why I woke you up, in this case! oh Love is why you didn't kick me in the face! Two in a room can play but not if Lillian sleeps all day oh love is why you&#

Good morning life

a tall personality The day Chelsea fixed my computer, or maybe it was the next day I spilled water all over it again! It's just too much fun to only do once. It didn't seem to get so sick this time. I hope nothing is deep inside corroding or anything. I've dedicated a good 4 or 5 hours to dancing today between taping, watching the video, class, and a lab. WOW. Alister and I finally learned a little bit of sway today, I'm jazzed! At the end of the dance lab my teacher actually had to tell us it was time for us to go home because we had danced too much. I am, for the millionth time, SO excited for this weekend! I called scheduling today to ask when any rooms were open with mirriors so my cha-cha partner and I could practice a little bit and watch ourselves. The lady informed me that we are in fact NOT allowed to just use rooms whenever we want, which is what I had been told, and no one has ever told me to leave. Apparently it's something that really bugs

a tall personality Today Chelsea Wells touched my computer and my enter key began to function and my second usb port too! Halleluja! For the sake of not letting this turn into a journal, I shall sit here and think until I think of the best story of the week. Well it's been long enough to conclude this week didn't have a best story. That's not to say I didn't have a fantasitic week though! I went to the men's chorus concert, which I think there will be a description of either on thefruitrollup.blogspot.com or dtlive.blogspot.com (chelsea and jonathan's blogs). I LOVED it, I always do! NOTHING beats men's chorus concerts (sorry chels). And to accompany that there was TONS of dancing! and I do mean TONS, as in 2000 pounds, lots and tons of practicing dancing for dancesport which is next weekend, and every time I think about it i find myself making squeaky girlie noises! I've been trying to read St. Augustine the past few days. I always though

a tall personality I thought I should record this, Lillian and I were just talking about middle names. I want myself not to forget that I like the name Maggie. And if anyone asks, it shall be after Maggie Embick.
